A jury in federal court in San Jose, California, decided Samsung has violated Apple's patent number. Samsung was rewarded fined USD 1051 billion or around Rp 9.5 trillion. The jury of nine men granted Apple's lawsuit against 21 Samsung devices that have been violated. Not all devices are considered to violate, but almost all patents in the Apple escaped accountability in court.

The 21 devices Samsung being sued by Apple consist of, Captivate, Continuum, Droid Charge, Epic 4G, Exhibit 4G, Fascinate, Galaxy Ace, Galaxy Prevail, Galaxy S, Galaxy S 4G, AT & T's Galaxy S II, the international Galaxy S II, Galaxy tab, Wi-Fi Galaxy tab 10.1, Gem, Indulge, Infuse 4G, Mesmerize, Nexus S 4G, Replenish, and Vibrant.
 
So what patents are violated South Korean vendor to Apple? Here's the summary :

Bounce Back

Bounce Back
Apple patent number 381 called technology 'bounce back' is considered infringed by Samsung.

Bounce back to work when the user is one of them saw the photos in the album, where when selecting an image, the user can shift to the right or left. While returning to the main page images can be pulled up or down.

The jury agreed that 21 Samsung devices violate the patent number 381.
 
 

Single Scroll, Pinch to Zomm

Single Scroll, Pinch to Zomm
Technology single scroll and pinch zoom is a list of 915 numbers that Apple's patents infringed by Samsung. This technology is usually used to bring up a page with two hands or one cubit.

The court ruled the patent infringement is number 915 on almost all devices except the Samsung Galaxy Axe, Intercept and Replenish.

Patents are registered with the number 163 is commonly used in iOS devices to enlarge and shrink the page by tapping once or twice. This patented technology is considered infringed on Samsung devices.

From some of the devices being sued, the jury found eight violations in the smartphone, Captivate, Continuum, Gem, Indulge, Intercept, Nexus S 4G, Transform, and Vibrant.


iPhone Front

 iPhone Frontthis is one of the design patent being sued by Apple. According to the company, there are at least 13 smartphone Samsung front view similar to the iPhone, which has been patented by D'number 677.

Of the 13 smartphone filed, the jury found infringement iPhone Front is on Fascinate, Galaxy S, Galaxy S 4G, AT & T Galaxy S II, the international Galaxy S II, the T-Mobile Galaxy S II, the Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, the Galaxy S II skyrocket, the Galaxy S Showcase, Infuse 4G, Mesmerize, and Vibrant.

 




While the Galaxy Ace does not include the infringed patent.

iPhone Back
Just as the design of the next iPhone, the back of the Apple smartphone is also considered to be violated by Samsung. Design patents numbered D 087 was found by a jury on the Galaxy S, the Galaxy S 4G, and Vibrant.

But the jury did not find a violation of the smartphone Galaxy S 4G, AT & T Galaxy S II, the international Galaxy S II, Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, Galaxy S II skyrocket, the Infuse 4G or Vibrant.
While the Galaxy Ace does not include the infringed patent.




iPhone Home Screen

iPhone Home ScreenIPhone interface is also disputed by Apple. At least Apple found 13 Samsung smartphones infringe their patent number D305 is. And the jury agreed to all smart phones that infringe patents iPhone Home Screen.

Adapun 13 smartphone tersebut adalah Captivate, Continuum, Droid Charge, Epic 4G, Fascinate, Galaxy S, Galaxy S 4G, Galaxy S Showcase, Gem, Indulge, Infuse 4G, Mesmerize, dan Vibrant.




iPad Design

iPad DesignIn addition to Apple's smartphone is also targeting Samsung's tablet. One is the customer's iPad design patent number D 899. Most of the violations found in the jury-sized 9.7-inch iPad tablet.
